01 Membership Eligibility

To register and use the duni77 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. duni77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with these terms.

• You must be 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must register under your own name — registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Owning multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration and at all times.
• You are not permitted to register or play if you are subject to any legal or regulatory prohibition applicable in your jurisdiction.

02 Registration & Account

Registering a duni77 account is free and open to all individuals who meet the eligibility requirements. The registration process is designed to be simple and fast — typically taking less than three minutes.

Account Information Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. duni77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the disclosure of your login credentials to a third party — whether intentional or otherwise.

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account settings for an extra layer of security.
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

One Account Per User

Each player is only allowed one active account. If the system detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual — via device, IP address, payment information, or other means — duni77 reserves the right to block and close all associated accounts and withhold any existing balances without prior notice.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal

Duni77 supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods to facilitate your transactions. All transactions are processed through fully secure and encrypted channels.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local Malaysia bank transfers.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes after successful payment verification.
• Duni77 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must come from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• Any attempt to deposit using an unrecognised payment method may result in funds being held while a review is conducted.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for requests submitted during full service hours. In certain cases requiring additional review, this period may be slightly longer.
• Withdrawal funds will only be credited to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the name of the duni77 account holder.
• Members must complete the KYC verification process before their first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Duni77 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount as a fraud prevention measure.

04 Bonus & Promotions

Duni77 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover/turnover) clearly stated in each promotional offer.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements. Please read the full terms on each promotion page before claiming any bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the specified wagering requirements have been fully met.
• A member may only claim each type of bonus once, unless otherwise stated.
• Duni77 reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to manipulate the system.
• Bonuses awarded are for use on the duni77 platform only and cannot be transferred to another account.

Welcome Bonus

The duni77 welcome bonus of up to 150% is awarded to new members on their first deposit. This bonus is subject to a 10x (ten times) wagering requirement based on the combined deposit and bonus amount, and must be cleared within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.

Cashback & Rebate

The duni77 weekly cashback programme is calculated based on total net losses within a weekly period. Cashback percentages vary by game category and membership status. Cashback is credited every Monday with no wagering requirements.

05 Game Rules

All games on the duni77 platform are operated in accordance with the standard rules set by their respective game providers. Players are required to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before playing.

• All game outcomes are determined by an independently verified RNG system and cannot be altered by any party.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay — including internet disconnection — may cause a game round to be interrupted. In such cases, the outcome will be determined based on the recorded server logs.
• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled or changed once a round has begun.
• Duni77 reserves the right to void a game or round if a serious technical error occurs that affects the integrity of the game. Funds will be returned to players in such cases.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any external assistance tools for gameplay is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

06 Account Security

• Do not log in to your duni77 account over an unsecured public Wi-Fi network.

• Review your account regularly and report any suspicious activity to our support team promptly.
• Duni77 will never request your account password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

07 Account Termination

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the duni77 customer support team. However, there are a few important things to be aware of before doing so.

• Any remaining balance in the account may be claimed via the standard withdrawal process before the account is closed, subject to applicable terms.
• Bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be automatically voided upon account closure.
• Duni77 reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that is detrimental to the platform or other players.
• Members whose accounts are terminated due to a violation are not entitled to reclaim any bonus or funds associated with activities that breached the terms.

08 Disclaimer & Liability Limits

• Duni77 shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
